What we do

We implement, customize and support Odoo ERP for businesses ranging from eight-person startups to fifty-plus-user enterprises. We've worked with the Canadian Department of National Defence, GMP-certified pharmaceutical manufacturers, multi-state distributors, municipal governments and family-owned businesses.

Beyond Odoo, we deliver project management, business process consulting and IT solution design. Some of our engagements never touch software at all — they're about helping a team figure out what they actually need before they spend money on tools.

Where we work

Our office is in downtown Victoria. We work with clients across Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, the wider Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, and remotely across Canada and the United States.

How we work

Three principles shape how we run engagements:

1. Understand before you build. Every project starts with a discovery phase. We map your processes, identify the gaps, and write a scope before we quote.
2. Demo working software weekly. Not slide decks. Real, configured Odoo, every week. Problems surface fast and we fix them.
3. Stay through stabilization. Go-live isn't the end. Three months of hypercare is bundled into every implementation we do.

Who we work with

We're a good fit for organizations that want an ERP partner who'll be honest with them about what's hard, what's risky, and what's a bad idea. We're not a good fit for projects where there's no internal champion or where the goal is "buy Odoo by Friday because the board said so."

We're an official Odoo Silver Partner. Our consultants hold current Odoo certifications and we follow Odoo's official implementation methodology where it makes sense. We've contributed to the community, served on customer references, and stay current with each major release.
