Services
From the first discovery workshop to year-three optimization, we cover the full lifecycle of an Odoo deployment. Engagements are scoped to the size of the problem, not a fixed product.
01 — Implementation
A standard Odoo implementation with us moves through four phases: discovery, design & build, train & go live, and stabilize & support. We've used this methodology on dozens of deployments ranging from eight-user startups to fifty-plus-user enterprises.
What you get: a written scope before we quote, weekly demos during build, role-based training, a written cutover plan with rollback, and three months of post-launch hypercare bundled into the project.
02 — Development
Odoo's core modules cover most of what most businesses need. When they don't, we build. Our developers write Python modules following Odoo's conventions, with proper test coverage and code review, so what we ship survives the next version upgrade.
Common integrations we've delivered: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, SPS Commerce EDI, payment processors, freight carriers, custom REST APIs, and connections to legacy ERPs that need to stay running during a phased migration.
03 — Migration
We migrate clients from QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Magento, Shopify, OpenERP, and older Odoo versions. The hardest part is rarely the data — it's reconciling the historical workflows the old system encoded with the workflows the new system needs to support.
Every migration includes a written data mapping document, a dry-run with reconciliation, and a defined cutover window with rollback procedures.
We moved ERE Inc. from OpenERP 7 (unsupported) to Odoo 17 Enterprise on Odoo.sh, replacing a separate Shopify storefront with an integrated Odoo e-commerce site in the same project.
04 — Support
Odoo can be hosted on Odoo.sh, in your own cloud, or on-premise. We help you choose the right option for your size, compliance posture and team capability — and we manage it for you if you'd rather not run it yourselves.
Support is delivered through live chat, helpdesk and phone, 6am to 10pm Pacific. SLAs are tiered by ticket severity and matched to the criticality of the system.
05 — Consulting
Sometimes the answer isn't more software. We do standalone process consulting engagements for clients who aren't sure whether they need Odoo, need a different system, or just need the system they already have to be used properly.
Typical deliverables: process maps, gap analysis, vendor requirements documents, build-versus-buy recommendations, and project recovery plans for implementations that went sideways with another vendor.
06 — Training
An ERP is only as good as the people using it. We deliver role-based training in English, French and Mandarin, with reference documentation, recorded sessions, and a "train the trainer" option for larger organizations that want to scale internal expertise.
