Careers
We're a small team in Victoria, BC. Our clients ship pharmaceuticals, distribute bicycles, run municipal governments, and manufacture aerospace components. The work is varied, technical, and grounded in actual operations. If that sounds interesting, keep reading.
We're an Odoo Silver Partner with clients from eight-person startups to 50+ user enterprises. We're small on purpose. There's no bench, no farmed-out work, no offshore handoff. Whoever scopes the project also sits in the implementation meetings, writes the migration scripts, and is on the phone the morning after go-live.
You'll see projects end-to-end, talk directly to the people whose business depends on what you ship, and learn a lot — about ERP, about industries you've never thought about (GMP pharma, municipal procurement, bicycle distribution, defence avionics), and about how real organizations actually work.
Open roles
Don't see your role listed? We're always interested in talking to strong Odoo consultants, developers and project managers. Send us a note.
Lead implementation projects from discovery through go-live. Configure Odoo for accounting, inventory, manufacturing, sales and purchase modules. Translate between business stakeholders and the technical team.
Build custom Odoo modules, integrations and data migrations. Work across the stack — Python/PostgreSQL on the backend, OWL/QWeb on the frontend. Mentor junior developers and review code.
Run multiple Odoo implementations in parallel. Own scope, schedule, budget and client relationship. Coordinate consultants, developers and client stakeholders. PMP or equivalent welcome but not required.
Entry-level role for someone interested in ERP and Python development. Comfort with one of: business operations, accounting fundamentals, or Python programming. We'll teach you the rest. Funded Odoo certifications included.
Why work here
You won't be on the same project for three years. We rotate consultants across industries on purpose. Most of us touch four to eight different client systems a year.
You scope, build, and support what you ship. No throwing things over the wall. No team that handles "delivery" while you handle "sales."
We fund Odoo certifications, conference attendance and training.
Go-live weekends happen. They're not weekly. We plan around real life and we don't sell projects with timelines we don't believe in.
Flexible hours, remote work and equipment reimbursement.
Salary bands are documented. Raises are tied to a published progression framework. No surprises in your annual review.
Don't see your role?
We're always interested in talking to strong people, even when we're not actively hiring for a specific seat.
