What it's like here

We're an Odoo Silver Partner with clients from eight-person startups to 50+ user enterprises. We're small on purpose. There's no bench, no farmed-out work, no offshore handoff. Whoever scopes the project also sits in the implementation meetings, writes the migration scripts, and is on the phone the morning after go-live.

You'll see projects end-to-end, talk directly to the people whose business depends on what you ship, and learn a lot — about ERP, about industries you've never thought about (GMP pharma, municipal procurement, bicycle distribution, defence avionics), and about how real organizations actually work.

What we look for

  • Curiosity about how businesses actually run. Our work is half code, half operations. The people who do well here genuinely enjoy understanding inventory flows, accounting rules, and procurement bottlenecks.
  • Pragmatism over purity. We ship working software that solves the customer's actual problem. We're not interested in elegant rewrites that nobody asked for.
  • Honesty. With clients, with each other, about timelines, about what you don't know.
  • Communication. Most of our value is translating between business people and technical systems. If you can't explain it clearly, you can't sell it or support it.

Why work here

A small, sane consultancy.

Variety

You won't be on the same project for three years. We rotate consultants across industries on purpose. Most of us touch four to eight different client systems a year.

Real ownership

You scope, build, and support what you ship. No throwing things over the wall. No team that handles "delivery" while you handle "sales."

Time to learn

We fund Odoo certifications, conference attendance and training.

Sustainable pace

Go-live weekends happen. They're not weekly. We plan around real life and we don't sell projects with timelines we don't believe in.

Benefits

Flexible hours, remote work and equipment reimbursement.

Transparent comp

Salary bands are documented. Raises are tied to a published progression framework. No surprises in your annual review.
